Concert & Event Producer

Warren Fahey is a seasoned concert and event producer with a rich history of creating memorable experiences. With a background in producing music and heritage-based events, he deeply appreciates Australia’s cultural traditions. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, he has brought to life the history and culture of Australia through his productions. His clients have included AUSTRADE, DFAT, Australia Council for the Arts, Folk Federation of NSW, AMP National Conference, City of Sydney, and various libraries and museums. He regularly devises specialist events for international conferences and cruise ships.

Damned Souls & Turning Wheels.

Devised and scripted a six-screen sound and image immersive history of Cockatoo Island from convict prison to major shipyard. ‘Most visited’ feature of the 2010 Biennale of Sydney. 

I Don’t Go Shearing Now

Planned, managed and implemented the regional tour of Martyn Wyndham-Read’s theatrical salute to Australian shearing.

Spinning Around.

Initiated the 50th-anniversary exhibition of Festival Records at the Powerhouse Museum with Peter Cox as curator.

Australian Spotlight in France

Devised and coordinated the Australian pavilion and gala concerts for 10-day/night 36th Festival Celtique, Lorient, Brittany, for the Australia Council and the Australian Embassy, France.

Kings Cross Festival

Program director for all outdoor events, including community picnic at Beare Park, children’s fair and Fitzroy Garden’s all-day concert.

40 Ways to Love Your City

Scripted and presented the Sydney Festival’s 40th-anniversary vaudeville concert in the Hyde Park Speigel Tent.

Commissioned video presentation for the AMP National Conference, Melbourne.
